BOARDING
OFFICE HOURS
Our Boarding Clients are charged per night by weight category. Please look at our pricing page for more information.

Overnight guests can drop off anytime between
9AM-12PM and 2PM-5PM
Monday through Saturday.
​
They can pick up their dogs anytime within the same hours, but have the added benefit of picking up any day of the week, Monday through Sunday.

MUST HAVES
Here at Lone Pine we require some important items before we can confirm any reservation . . . .
Updated vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella & Influenza (If able)

Copies of your dogs Town License & Rabies Certificate
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Holidays and School Breaks we work hard to ensure all clients have a fair chance at boarding with us.
We ask our clients to follow a strict set of guidelines for canceling during these busy periods.

We require all clients during the Holidays to leave a card on file to uphold your reservation.
In the case that a client does not give proper notification of cancellation and does not show, the card will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $150.
